Sin Miedo

“During uncertain times for immigrants - both documented and undocumented - we must stand bravely and without fear (sin miedo). Immigrants are what made and continues to make America great. Moving forward is about having no fear, regardless of the unknown. We are fearless in our existence, and resilient in the pursuit of our dreams.” - Isabel Marsh, friend of Our House, whose Colombian family was refugees, then residents, and now citizens of the United States.

Let us not pray to be sheltered from dangers but to be fearless when facing them. - Rabindranath Tagore, poet, novelist, and first non-European to win the Nobel prize in literature.

The Statue of Liberty served as our main design inspiration for the Sin Miedo graphic.
