RBG "When There are Nine"
Things that RBG has done that we have not done:
- Served as the first ever female member of the prestigious Harvard Law Review.
- Been appointed to the Supreme Court.
- Blazingly advocated for women’s rights, including in six landmark cases, before the U.S. Supreme Court.
- Won the American Bar Association's Thurgood Marshall Award for her contributions to gender equality and civil rights.
- Said things like, “The pedestal upon which women have been placed has all too often, upon closer inspection, been revealed as a cage.”
- Took a picture with President Trump and looked completely dismayed yet still lovely.
Things that RBG has done that we have also done:
- Drank too much wine at dinner and fallen asleep.
- Pushups.
It certainly doesn’t need to be said that we adore Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg — but we still like saying it. She’s strong, compassionate, wise — and rocks a collar like no one else. We feel beyond fortunate to have a woman like her serving our country, and will forever be grateful for her contributions that led so many lives to be lived for the better.
Justice Ginsburg is also co-founder of the Women's Rights Project at the American Civil Liberties Union, and we are honored to donate 100% of the profits of this collection to further the ACLU’s work and mission. (100%?! How does that work? Read more here)
